We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee your satisfaction. We will always do our best to provide the healthiest cosmetic products, and our goal is to bring you joy, a solution to your concern and simplify your beauty routine.

The customer must inspect the products for any damage. If there is a damaged product, the customer must not accept the order but return it. GEODERMALOE will reissue the order and reship it at no additional cost.

If, for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with the order, can terminate the purchase contract within 14 days of receipt.

To proceed with the cancellation, you must email us at info@geodermaloe.com, attaching the withdrawal form you can download here, fully completed and together with a photograph of the item/s you wish to return.

Once we received your request, GEODERMALOE provides the necessary guidelines for the order’s return.

In the case of the partial or total return of the order, GEODERMALOE will refund the amount paid by the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days (including, where appropriate, the initial shipping costs, but excluding shipping costs generated by the return).

After receiving and evaluating the returned items, the refund will be made using the payment method previously made by the customer. GEODERMALOE recommends that the returned items be sent with a tracking number parcel to avoid any loss of the order.

It will not be possible to return an item purchased online in any physical GEODERMALOE store. For refund purposes, returned items must cumulatively meet the following requirements:

1) The product must not have been opened, used and tampered, or washed;

2) The product must have its original characteristics, and the packaging must not be damaged (the packaging cannot be opened and must retain the original labels);

3) The product must be complete. Adulterated products cannot be returned or refunded.

4) Products not purchased on our website, www.geodermaloe.com.

Order cancellation

If you want to cancel your order immediately after purchase, you must notify us as soon as possible, preferably through our WhatsApp or email: info@geodermaloe.com.

If the order has not yet been prepared and dispatched, we can cancel and refund the entire purchase.

Also, if the order is already shipped and managed by the delivery company, you must follow the return process.
