The purchase of our products through the website www.geodermaloe.com (hereinafter, the “Website” or “geodermaloe.com”) is governed by the following terms and conditions of sale.

The terms and conditions hereof are agreed between GEODERMALOE, an entity formed under the name Aloe Vera Lanzarote, domiciled in Lanzarote, postcode 35510, Avenida de las Playas, number 39 and 53, C.I.F. number 11855658D (hereinafter, “GEODERMALOE”), and any individual or legal person:

  1. Purchase through the GEODERMALOE website, hereinafter the BUYER, part of the second part;
  2. Navigation through the GEODERMALOE website, with the possibility of subscribing to the newsletter, hereinafter VISITOR, is part of the second part.

GEODERMALOE’s activity consists of selling cosmetic products online, through the Website, and at our physical GeodermAloe stores.

Object

The terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between GEODERMALOE and the BUYER, as well as any purchase made through GEODERMALOE’s commercial website, whether the BUYER is a business or an individual; as well as the general conditions of use of the GEODERMALOE website for any VISITOR who browses said site.

The purchase of products or services through the GEODERMALOE website implies that the BUYER accepts these sale conditions without reservation.

The terms of sale in this document prevail over any other general or specific terms that GEODERMALOE has not expressly approved.

GEODERMALOE reserves the right to modify the terms of sale in this document at any time. In this case, the applicable terms will be those in force on the purchase order’s date by the BUYER.

Site use

The visitor/buyer can consult the content of the geodermaloe.com website for strictly personal, private and non-collective use, freely for free content, in exchange for a purchase or subscription of paid content.

The same applies to RSS feeds and newsletters. It is strictly forbidden to reuse or market this content in a professional or commercial context, except with the express consent of GEODERMALOE.

Companies wishing to reuse the content of the site are invited to contact us at info@geodermaloe.com.

Features of the goods and services offered for sale

The products and services offered for sale are those contained in the catalogue displayed on the GEODERMALOE website.

These products are offered for sale while supplies last. If despite the surveillance of GEODERMALOE, a product is no longer available, GEODERMALOE will notify the BUYER by email to that effect as soon as the corresponding order is received.

Prices

GeodermAloe will sell the products at a price indicated on the website, which is valid when the customer’s confirmation order is displayed and charged in euros (€).

All prices include, as appropriate, the Value Added Tax (VAT) or the General Indirect Canarian Tax (IGIC) in force, but exclude shipping costs, which will vary depending on the value of the products purchased, and the country or region where delivery is to be made.

GEODERMALOE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with the understanding that only the prices indicated on the website at the time of purchase will apply to the BUYER.

Purchase process on the website

Our goal at GEODERMALOE is to make your shopping experience easier and top-notch. Follow these simple steps and start shopping!

Step 1 – Find the items you want to purchase

Browse or search for the items you would like to order. At the top of the website, you will find a menu with different sections, and you will also find a list of categories further down the navigation menu.

Step 2 – Add the items to your shopping cart.

On the individual or product detail page, select the size (if applicable) from the drop-down box and click the “Add to Cart” button. Once you have added a product to your shopping cart, you can continue searching or browsing the site until your cart contains all the items you want to order.

Step 3 – Go through the checkout.

Click on the “My Shopping Cart” icon located in the upper right corner of the page. Please take a moment to review all the items you have placed in your shopping cart and click the “Proceed to checkout” button.

Step 4 – Enter the shipping address.

If you are a “registered user”, please use your email address and password or select “guest user” and click the “Continue” button. Please tell us where you want us to send your order. Click the “Continue” button to continue.

Our Privacy Policy will treat the personal data that you enter on the Website.

Step 5 – Double-check order details

Check the selected item/s, the shipping address provided and the amount to pay. Click the “Continue” button to continue.

Step 6 – Payment options

Select one of the available payment options and click the “Place Order” button to complete your order.

Finally, we will ask you to read carefully and accept these Conditions of Sale and our Privacy Policy by clicking on “I have read and accepted the Conditions of Sale”, “I have read and accepted the Privacy Policy”, and FINISH ORDER.

As soon as the payment is completed, you will receive an email confirming your order.

Orders are processed by GEODERMALOE Customer Service within 48 hours of the first business day following the purchase order’s date, except during national holidays.

GEODERMALOE reserves the right to cancel any order from a BUYER late in payment or part of an unresolved dispute regarding a prior order.

The BUYER has the right to modify the order until the date of dispatch of the requested items by contacting the GEODERMALOE Customer Service.

Shipping information

We ship mainly (but not exclusively) to the Canary Islands, the Spain mainland and Europe.

The delivery of the products purchased in the GEODERMALOE Online Store – (Hereinafter GEODERMALOE) will be made through the post office or an express delivery company. Delivery times in the Canary Islands are normally established in 2 business days, to the mainland in 4 to 5 business days and in Europe from 7 to 10 business days after confirmation of the order and payment (on weekends and holidays, they are not considered business days). However, there may be variations depending on each order’s specific circumstances, such as availability of the selected items, courier delivery area, holidays, and promotional events.

The delivery address used will be the one defined by the customer during the registration process on the website. If the customer wants delivery to a different address, you must add this information during the online purchase in the specific area. Incorrect addresses are the customer’s sole responsibility and may incur additional shipping and referral costs that will only occur after required payments have been issued.

IMPORTANT: The times for all shipping methods shown are estimates. They also start counting from the moment the order has left our warehouses. There may be delays in the departure of orders from our warehouse in seasons of promotions or sales. If your order has not left within three working days of placing or paying your order, contact us, and we will inform you of the estimated delivery time. On regular days, all orders placed and/or paid before noon (Spanish time (peninsula – GMT + 1)) will be shipped that same day. The verification of payments by transfer is made from Monday to Friday (weekdays). Transfer payments may take up to 72 hours to reach our account.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs apply per order. This means that the total shipping costs will be determined by the full purchase price and the country/region to which it will be delivered.

Payment

Payment is made in the last step in the purchase process, after entering all the card details and clicking on FINISH THE ORDER.

You can make your order with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. If you select card payment, you will be able to enter all your card details in Stripe’s secure payment section. To buy with PayPal, select this payment method and click on FINISH ORDER. You will then be redirected to the PayPal page to proceed with the payment.

If you can’t complete the order for any reason or an error, write to us at info@geodermaloe.com or send us a message via WhatsApp.

When you have completed the corresponding steps in either of the two options, you will be directed back to the GEODERMALOE Website, where you will see an order completed message. At this time, the amount of your order will be deducted from your bank account or PayPal account, in addition to receiving the order confirmation email.

Order validity

Your order is valid for five (5) days. After this period, and in the absence of payment, GEODERMALOE will send you a confirmation email. If there is no response in the form of payment, We will cancel the order, and We will sell your products again. If the customer wants to repurchase these products, it will be necessary to start a new order.

Complaints and returns policy

Upon receipt of the order, the customer must inspect the packaging for damage. If there is a damaged product, the customer must not accept the packaging but return it. GEODERMALOE will reissue the order and reship it at no additional cost.

If for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with the order, You can terminate the purchase contract within 14 days of receipt. To proceed with the cancellation, you must email us to info@geodermaloe.com, attaching the withdrawal form you can download here, duly completed and together with a photograph of the item/s you wish to return.

Once the communication mentioned above is completed, GEODERMALOE will provide the necessary guidelines for the order’s return. In the event of the partial or total return of the order, GEODERMALOE will refund the customer’s amount within a maximum period of 14 calendar days (including, where appropriate, the initial shipping costs, but excluding shipping costs generated by the return). We will make the return after receiving and evaluating the returned items, using the customer’s payment method previously made. GEODERMALOE recommends that the returned items be sent by registered mail with a tracking number to avoid any order loss.

It will not be possible to return an item purchased online at any GEODERMALOE physical store. For refund purposes, returned items must cumulatively meet the following requirements:

1) The product must not have been opened, used and/or tampered, nor washed;

2) The product must have its original characteristics, and the packaging must not be damaged (the packaging cannot be opened and must retain the original labels);

3) The product must be complete. Adulterated products cannot be returned or refunded.

4) Products not purchased on the Website.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order immediately after purchase, you must notify us as soon as possible, preferably through our WhatsApp or email: info@geodermaloe.com.

If the order has not yet been processed and dispatched, we can cancel and refund the entire purchase. 

On the contrary, if the order is already shipped and managed by the delivery company, you must follow the return process.

Data admission

By inserting your e-mail address to place orders online, We will automatically add you to our newsletter, which you can cancel your subscription at any time later. For more information, see our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

The terms described here, and their disputes are in agreement and will be treated by Spanish law.

The resolution of conflicts that may arise from the interpretation, validity, and execution of these Conditions of Sale or related to the website’s use of said products will be subject to the Spanish courts’ non-exclusive jurisdiction tribunals in the province of Las Palmas.

However, as a consumer, you can exercise your rights as recognized by current legislation, being able to choose to file a claim to enforce your rights about these Conditions before the Judge or Courts that correspond to your address or the country you reside.

In compliance with the obligation of information to consumers established in Art. 14 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013 on online dispute resolution in consumer matters, GEODERMALOE informs you that the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform.
